We do not issue refunds, only store credit within (5) days of delivery.
Due to sanitary reasons, there are absolutely no returns on swimwear, bodysuits, and intimate wear. In addition, FINAL SALE items do not qualify for returns or store credit.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging/condition and not damaged. The item(s) must be free of deodorant, makeup, perfume, and wear. Please send an email to email@example.com for a return form within (5) days of delivery. Once your email is acknowledged and the return form is sent to you, you have (2) days to postmark and mail your return with the return form and receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please consider using a shipping service that provides tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return for store credit. If your item(s) are approved, then your store credit will be processed for the amount paid for those item(s) and you will received your store credit via email. If your item(s) are deemed rejected, you will be required to pay the return shipping fee. If you do not pay the return shipping fee within (14) days of the return notification, we will consider your package as being relinquished.
